Club members are invited to join us virtually for Block Party 2021, a wine club exclusive event! We are teaming up again with Bay Area-based company Truffle Shuffle to provide a fun night making a steakhouse classic dish, and enjoying Benziger wines.
Spend the evening cooking, sharing stories, and insights about the winery with hosts Chris Benziger, Jill Benziger, and Truffle Shuffle chefs. Join us for a live interactive cooking class and wine tasting, featuring a delicious pairing of USDA Prime New York Strip Steak with creamy Béarnaise sauce, served alongside a perfectly prepared Baked Potato. Enjoy the steak paired with robust Biodynamic wines, 2016 Tribute and 2017 Joaquin’s Inferno, a perfect match for your steak dinner.
Your “ticket” to the event will include a shipment of the 2 wines from Benziger, a kit sent directly from Truffle Shuffle which will include all ingredients needed to make 2 generous portions of Steak Béarnaise, and a special gift of Benziger Estate Olive Oil.
